- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
Original Articles
This section publishes original research articles that present novel findings in nursing, healthcare, clinical practice, education, community health, and related interdisciplinary fields. Manuscripts should demonstrate scientific rigor, methodological clarity, ethical compliance, and a meaningful contribution to the advancement of nursing knowledge and practice. All submitted articles undergo editorial screening and peer review in accordance with the editorial policies of the Java Nursing Journal (JNJ).
Review
This section publishes original research articles that present novel findings in nursing, healthcare, clinical practice, education, community health, and related interdisciplinary fields. Case Study
This section publishes clinically relevant case studies that describe patient assessment, nursing problems, interventions, outcomes, and key lessons for practice. Manuscripts should demonstrate originality, clear clinical reasoning, ethical compliance, patient confidentiality, and meaningful contributions to nursing knowledge, education, or evidence-informed clinical practice.
Editorial
This section publishes concise scholarly perspectives from editors or invited experts addressing emerging issues, journal priorities, professional developments, policy, education, research, or clinical practice in nursing. Editorials should provide clear insight, critical reflection, and relevant implications for the nursing profession and healthcare community.
Letter to Editor
This section publishes brief scholarly correspondence that comments on articles published in the journal or discusses relevant issues in nursing, healthcare, research, education, or clinical practice. Letters should be concise, evidence-informed, respectful, academically constructive, and contribute meaningfully to scientific discussion and professional dialogue.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) License, which permits others to share and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given to the author(s), the original publication in JNJ is acknowledged, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.
