Manuscript Submission Requirements
All manuscripts submitted to the Java Nursing Journal (JNJ) must be prepared in full accordance with the journal’s Author Guidelines. Authors are required to use the official Template Article and submit all mandatory supporting files before the manuscript can proceed to editorial assessment.
Each submission must include the following three mandatory files:
- Article File – The main manuscript must be prepared using the official Template Article provided by the Java Nursing Journal.
- Title Page File – A separate Title Page containing the complete manuscript title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author information, and other required author details must be uploaded.
- Plagiarism / Similarity Report – Authors must upload a plagiarism or similarity-check report generated using a recognized plagiarism detection system. The manuscript must have an overall similarity index of no more than 15%.
Submissions that do not include the Article File, Title Page File, and Plagiarism / Similarity Report, or that exceed the permitted similarity threshold, will not proceed to editorial assessment and may be returned to the authors for correction.
By submitting a manuscript to the Java Nursing Journal (JNJ), all authors confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the journal’s submission, formatting, authorship, ethical, plagiarism, and publication requirements.
Compliance with these requirements is mandatory for all submissions and is intended to ensure consistency, research integrity, transparency, and efficiency throughout the editorial and peer-review process.
